Every dog is different — that’s why we choose bespoke locations across the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks, tailored to your dog’s personality and behaviour. Whether they’re calm explorers or wild adventurers, the landscape becomes part of their story. To bring out the very best in each setting, we take professional studio lighting on location, creating stunning, polished images in the heart of nature. The sessions are always super relaxed, designed so both you and your dog feel at ease. Worried about recall? No problem — your dog can stay on the lead throughout the entire shoot, and I’ll work my magic to make sure it never shows in the final images. Most importantly, a Muddy Paws session is all about having fun. The freedom to splash, roll, run, and simply be themselves allows your dog to show off their joyful, muddy, mischievous side — while I capture the moments you’ll treasure forever.
From pre-shoot planning to relaxed exploration in the landscape your dog loves, the session unfolds at your dog’s pace — not yours. There’s no rush, no forced posing, just genuine moments captured with professional lighting and artistic attention
